Pros
The majority of your peers are very caring and ready to help any time you need them. There are tons of development opportunities. Great service discount. People rarely get fired, so job security is safer than expected. Very diverse environment
Cons
Micromanagement is an understatement and so unnecessary. There's no reason your DM should be calling and using group chat apps 2/3 hours before and after any store is open or closed. Nothing is that serious. The pay structure and commissions get worse every year, like clockwork. Strategies flip-flop quarterly, at the least. Store leaders are just higher-paid front-line sales. Staffing and scheduling are a complete joke. There is no work-life balance for leaders either. HR makes up policies depending on your networking prowess and how popular you are....same with promotions.
