Pros
Excellent benefits, great pay. You can have a lot of fun working there; they have a "work hard, play hard" mentality. Also an excellent discount on phone/data service.
Cons
The metrics they use in the call center are a nightmare. If, by some miracle, you can balance a window of 2-3 minutes per call versus making sure the customer doesn't call back within 48 hours, then you are a better person than me. And if you can't, you're out. Needless to say, it creates a bit of a revolving door employee-wise because of these two metrics at war with one another. Some claim to be able to do it, but can't (won't) give you any working advice on how. I also wasn't a fan of my work schedule changing every six months. I'm sure it's fine if you just have yourself to worry about, but if you have a spouse or a significant other who also works, then it creates chaos.
