-big clients and some friendly and bright colleagues - great learning opportunities, get to learn a lot about different banking trends etc - great place to start if you like banking, good career path
Cons
- so damn many office politics!! some very gossipy, nosy and immature junior consultants who like to pry into people's businesses and making petty remarks - people are super passive aggressive here - managers/associate partners are full of themselves, don't care about the people - poor project allocation - long working hours
