Outdated products and technologies in some areas Lack of long-term focus, the company is so fixated on the next quarter to try and boost its dismal share performance that it fails to invest for the long-term The company operates in siloes across all functions: Product, Service Delivery, Commercial, Sales, resulting in a lack of joined-up thinking Many teams and layers of middle management that add cost without providing value Lack of Product vision/culture. Predominantly outbound sales culture (selling via who you know / conferences / contacts) as opposed to marketing a compelling, value-add product that generates inbound sales
