The company is growing really rapidly. I joined a bit more than a year ago, while we were around 30 people and we're now close to 80, which makes it a really exciting time to join. There are loads of different nationalities (29 at the moment) in the company and that is great for me, because I get to learn how to relate to and work with different cultures. The sector is very interesting and the challenges keep changing, so you are rarely bored. The salary in Amsterdam is comparable to other offers and good. The management team is very transparent on their decisions and take the time to discuss with the rest of the organisation to explain why certain decisions were taken and what's the impact they'll have on your work.
