      An unpleasant company

      Pros

      You can turn off your computer at the end of the day and ignore messages & requests from management.

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere and constant micromanagement. The pay is still very low despite years of promises to fix it.

      More concerned with image and branding than reality

      Pros

      Top leadership work very hard to promote the image of the company

      Cons

      Instead of fixing the things that employees have been complaining about for years now, we are told that everything is great and everything improving. After every big project is pushed through, leadership congratulate themselves. We actually had to sit through a meeting where we watched clips of senior management celebrating in Amsterdam "after all that hard work", during a time when we were still working full speed. Senior management aren't very self aware, and I don't believe they work half as hard as the rest of us do.

      Near breaking point!

      A chance to learn about the green energy market

      Cons

      Management don't care about developers. There are no benefits, the pay is too low, they keep kicking the can down the road with false promises. There are long hours and too much pressure put on me from product managers and team leads. These constant short deadlines are building up technical debt and wearing us down.
