4yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we are sorry to hear that your experience at Sympower has not been great, despite the good coding standards that you mentioned. We are going through a high-growth phase and moving from start-up to scale-up - that means that sometimes things can feel a little chaotic. However, we definitely want our teams to feel valued for the work they put in and that's where we have been focusing our efforts by improving our compensation and benefits package. However, it would be really helpful if you could share some more of your feedback directly with your manager or the people team so we can see what more we can do.
