Pros

- widely known brand, - if you are into fashion, jewelery industry you get to create products used by the best, - great location in Wattens.

Cons

- total lack of strategy planning, - no understanding of basic process principles, - face time in the office is one of key evaluation criteria, - unrealistic expectations to run multiple big projects at the same time, - total misalignment within management, really hard to get company projects done, - everybody is doing presentations :)
