great staff, flexible hours/ schedule if you are in school or have a family, store managers appreciate you, training program is good and consistent, great opportunity to have great consumer relations, good pay for part time, and full time, and you get bonuses
Cons
not on commission, and dont get a bonus every month if goals are not met, bonus's are taken from one pool and split by percentage of each employee and what they personally did.
