Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued.
Of course, reading your list of Pros: “Great non pay related benefits" we assume your referring to the generous employee discount, the retail allotment and the flexible schedule as these are some of our most revered benefits. However as for your “Cons” honestly, we are equally thrilled to read these comments as well, as only with constructive and honest feedback can we work together to improve our company and our work place. As for your comments "Pay is horrible", please note our comp team is constantly reviewing our pay scales to remain competitive with the market and as I am sure you are aware we instituted a retail bonus program to rewarded our retail teams for achieving the stores sales goals. As for your comment about "forget getting promoted", we would suggest you meet with your manager and your district manager and create an IDP (individual Development Plan) and map out your career goals and determine what you need to do to get to the next level.
