Pros
There is a quarterly bonus structure in place that is fairly easy to obtain, amounts vary but the highest bonus I’ve received was 1471 and the very lowest being 487, the amounts are based on department goals being met. You may perform exceptionally within a quarter but the over all amount of your bonus is based on how your department performs as a whole!
Cons
Upper management is not held accountable for mistakes they make- not by self or the organization. There is a huge bully culture and it is horrible, the company’s morale dwindled over course of my 6 year tenure. HR is not very responsive to employee concerns in a curious exploratory way. Even if your concern is regarding upper management HR will treat the word of upper management as if it is more credible without doing and due diligence to confirm its accuracy.
