Pros
Fun environment. Pretty good discount, though that keeps getting cut back.
Cons
Extremely low pay. Disorganized and short-sighted; which might give you a good idea of how corporate is run, too. Managers hands are tied as far as compensation. Increased hourly wages might keep knowledgeable people around.
