There are too many, but let me clarify here. Out of all the management, i could not find a single one whom I thought i can learn sth out from. Basically these people just don’t accept their faults and mistakes and they keep their friends and throw out all these talented and loyal employees. Employees who stay have no trust because they have witnessed this for over so many years. Still the management team doesnt seem to know their problems or doesnt want to accept their faults. When there is a problem, all they say is that they are experienced and they could not predict this from happening. Look, then why the company needs the management team if you gonna just sit on the chair and blame others under you. I think I can do better than them.
