Before entering real politics, you can practice it here really well. If u dont know how to play this game, then you are thrown out. ( this is their simple motto)

Pros

The company offers lunch on wednesdays. They also have vending machines, but they’re often broken or filled with overpriced snacks. On the plus side, the people are really nice, which makes the work environment a bit more enjoyable.

Cons

Leadership totally unprepared and doesn’t really seem to care about their employees. The goals they set are hard to reach, leaving many feeling frustrated. The bonus system isn’t much better- it's almost impossible to earn anything meaningful, and when you do, it’s not worth much. There’s also no real incentive for long term employees, as salaries are based on market rate, which often feel off. There are also big pay disparities among people doing similar jobs.
