Be prepared for a daily onslaught of challenges that include production issues in every franchise, end users complaints, customer service fails, and order fulfillment fails. Management that takes a passenger seat and may actually take steps to ensure that you fail if you don't fit their mold. Managers function as bosses and are inept at managing people properly. Some named "untouchable" and serve no actual function as it relates to your business. Perceived as a joke/garbage collectors by other divisional counterparts. You'll be selling yesterday's technology, up to 2 generations old in some cases, for a limited time only. "New" or additional products take forever and almost always are delayed by several months or indefinitely.
