Pros
Remote work, employee discount, decent benefits
Cons
Changed the way you schedule yourself and work. This position used to perfect for stay at home moms or people with other jobs but now there is no flexibility. (with only a 2 week notice) You can only work from 8am-8pm {local time}. You have to put what scheduled shifts in for two weeks of time (when they don't even give you the # of hours you're working until Friday). Part time employee's who work another job + Stitch Fix will have ZERO work-life balance because of the 8pm cut off. They are offering employee's 1000 if they can't stay on any longer. Unless they run out of money and then there's nothing. They didn't make any offers for people who elect to stay - no pay raise, no extra PTO... nothing. Who is going to be picking up the slack from all of these people leaving? but yet there is no recognition for the people who decide to stay. It really shows that stylists are no longer valued and that they don't care about their employee's.
