Pros
Flexible hours and scheduling makes it easier to work part time.
Cons
The Flexible schedule is both a positive and a negative. There are definitely times of day when inventory is strong and others when it is very limited. If you can work during the "strong" hours it's great and you can work quickly. There is very little opportunity for growth if you are a stylist. The best you can hope for is to be promoted to a lead and then eventually a supervisor position. Certain stylists are given more opportunities to take on new challenges and get more exposure higher up the food chain which ultimately makes them natural candidates for the lead positions. Stitch Fix prides itself on its culture, but the culture seems to be developing differently in each region and on each team. I often find that the actions do not match the sentiment. It's become very frustrating and discouraging.
