Lot of micromanagement - (Prefer Not to Say) StickerYou Employee Review

The culture is amazing from the top down. I love the fun aspect of the business. They are also bringing their philanthropic endeavors to the forefront. I was excited to be a part of the The Night to Shine event where Stickeryou donated sticker sheets to all the attendees to decorate a cool water bottle.

I have not found any.

I'm sure the company's changed and grown since I left it but I still have friends there who tell me culture-wise it's still very much the same. The culture of being empowered to do what you enjoyed and work cross-functionally was great. But also, I think it's a fun combination of the "fun start-up" life and corporate life as well. Decent benefits and equity package too.

Being a smaller company (well, certainly when I left), you can expect salaries to be slightly lower than market rate.
