- Work from home, very flexible and convenient schedule. Few in-office days. - The manager and team were great. Friendly and supportive online. - Minimal-stress work, lots of opportunities to ask questions, learn, and grow. - The manager was very understanding and super helpful whenever needed. - Annual pay raise depending on performance.

Cons

- Team seemed a little cold in person, I didn't feel very included or welcomed whenever I was in-office. - Sometimes the workload can be a little unpredictable, affecting meeting targets. At times, I felt I had to take accountability regarding not meeting targets when it was not in my control, but nothing concerning.
