Pros
Absolutely none, this place will use you up for year or more then terminate right before they have to pay out your bonus. Absolutely worst company to work. They’ll reap what they sew soon. And as a customer every estimate or appraisal they write will be a low ball to protect the bottom line. That’s all they care about.
Cons
Avoid at all cost. Unmanageable workload and stressful job. They’ll have you needing medical assistance daily with how much of expectation they have for you. Then as soon as it gets near bonus time they’ll terminate you(and trust me they’ll find a way). Bonus is paid in March and as soon as February hit I started getting pressured about work performance from meetings and emails then when I got even more of my 400+ claims done they terminated me on an allegation of misconduct after I put in blood, sweat, and tears with them for over a year. Granted I worked for my bonus of $9k for an entire year then all of sudden I’m getting called into HR for some BS investigation and that’s after I already had to keep meeting about my low performance almost every day in February. Company is a legit laughing stock. No written warnings no nothing. No verbal warnings. Just straight up fired, no severance package, no bonus, no unemployment because they’ll call it misconduct. Class-action coming to this company.
