Great pay Benefits 401K Pension Ability that the ADA HR team will work with you to help you obtain an accommodation, if needed.
Cons
Non-optional overtime Not enough employees The way the company handles requesting time off, never get approval for days requested The new attendance/absence policy, where if you're unscheduled absence you receive "points" - and so many points can equal termination. Makes employees feel like they are in high school. Very unfair policy. Pay isnt worth the stress of the job
