Pros
I had a really great experience at Stantec. I was based in the Miami office and it was an awesome group. We had a lot of fun together and the work coming out of that office was really exciting. The company benefits were good, and there were nice incentives, perks, and bonus systems. Leadership was friendly and fin, and didn't have massive egos.
Cons
Looking back, the things I thought were "cons" at the time were not. They have a very robust internal program for tracking pursuits and managing collaterals. We came from an acquisition and initially I thought it was pretty tedious, but now that I don't have it, I wish I did.
