Not much different from other comments here -There is a culture of blame; every email I received seemed to hold me responsible for every possible issue, which can affect one's mindset. - A culture of favouritism: "It's all about who you know." - If you're considering joining as a technical professional, I would strongly advise caution. In my experience, new technical team members often inherit responsibility for past mistakes( BLUNDERS, to say the least) and face relentless questioning from non-technical colleagues just because they don’t understand how things work (most of the team is non-technical - surprising given that Stantec provides technical consultancy service), and are blamed for any mishaps. Conversely, when things go right, they're excluded from recognition. -Technical staff are expected to be SUBSERVIENT, responding to numerous demands.
