Pros
Excellent corporate culture and community involvement. There are many events throughout the year to celebrate holidays, and employee milestones. There are days throughout the year where you’re paid to volunteer in the community. Your loyalty to the company is rewarded by management.
Cons
Compensation could be more competitive. Benefits have recently been slashed due to economic downturn and growth of employees in the company as a whole. Not a lot of room for growth within the company.
