Zero Motivation. Lack of respect for staff and contractors/freelance talent. Constantly filling up your plate, no benefits or bonuses or wage increase. One of the owner's in particular changes his mind on ideas and suggestions so frequently that you loose track of what he wants. Blames employees for company mishaps. Owners and upper management don't take any responsibility for their failure or errors. Always blame staff for their mistakes. Turnover is extremely high due to overworked employees.
