Lots of turn over on the sales side (close to 60%). Spiff has lost 2 CROs, 2 heads of enterprise sales, one sales directors, a ton of AEs most of their BDR team in the last 2 years. Losing to established players and up and coming vendors Implementation and CS teams are heavily under water Inexperienced founders and it shows Lots of nepotism.
