      Work from home 4 days a week.

      Cons

      Delivery projects without any test, There is no procedure, There is no site survey, there is no training with quality, poor benefits, you change the CEO, but forget the investment in training and certification.

      Pros

      Global company with a product to help the world communicate better.

      Cons

      Leadership lacked experience, diretion and overall emotional intelligence. Not the greatest place to grow your career within the SCM function. Also the wfh culture was very imbalanced for overall work-life balance; wanted you accessible 24-7.
