Good immediate leadership. The job is challenging and changes from day to day so its not monotonous.

The ED isn't organized and doesn't communicate well. She treats the students, staff and instructors like children. She creates a lot of drama and chaos because she spends more time listening to the students and staff complain instead of fixing the issues before they arise.
