Southern Technical College interview questions

Phone interview followed by in person interview with Director of school as well as Director of Education. Days later, phone interview with corporate Extern Director. Lastly, in person teaching demo where you are evaluated by peers on your team and Certification testing. Overall, the process was very long. I thought I was being ghosted and they had filled the position. Thankfully that was not the case. They call EVERY reference and verify all past employers.
