Pros
Small building, so it's optimal for back and front of house to assist each other getting orders out. Raises are given to those who pull their weight.
Cons
Sloppy, lack of professionalism. Very few people to rely on, therefore a stressful environment. The building had a lot of wear and tear...frequent problems with power outlets, breaking equipment, etc.
