Many of the employees (non-manager) are hard-working and good to work with. If you are a temporary employee (working out on a project), being hired through SEG may be a good option. The office is located at a convenient location by King of Prussia.
Cons
The leadership is very disrespectful to employees. Multiple people have left due to the toxic work environment. This is not a sporadic phenomenon; in the past year, the HR department has seen 100% turnover due to individuals leaving the company. High rates of attrition are in other departments as well, such as marketing and accounting. Management (including the top levels of the organization) considers it acceptable behavior for to speak derogatorily to employees. Highly recommend not working here.
