Pros
Best engineers in the city work there. They went agile to help build discipline in engineers. Regular engineering and soft skills sessions organized by the employees. They had code reviews, thorough testing procedures, project planning and continuous integration.
Cons
Pushed people around projects without caring if they will like it or if they will perform on the role forced upon them. Little to no focus on automated testing. Limited salaries for specific roles. Difficult to get a raise. Jerks... I mean really stupid jerks worked there, hard to ignore at times - they got a raise more often. Lots of manual testing. Drinking was OK with the lower management, but the higher management was not OK with it - what do they care about what people doing in their free time...
