Pros
it's a good company to start and make a career (I worked there for 11 years), if you want to grow you will, I started in Ensenada, then moved to Aguascalientes, Monterrey, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Redmond. opportunity to know different industries, I learned about Treasury, CPG, manufacturing and others.
Cons
not the best salaries in the IT World. Management could be hard with people a lot of extra hours applied for free if you are onsite you will miss a lot of trainings, I was onsite for 6 years and didn't had too much trainings. if they moved you from another country (like me from mexico) most of the cases they don't help with moving to resident status
