Pros
Culture, it's generally a young energetic company where most people are willing to pitch in and help. Generally a relaxed sales environment. Not very much pressure to hit your number every quarter. Medical benefits are superb (Canadian company). If you're newer to IT sales, it's a great place to get exposure to, and training on a lot of diverse technologies.
Cons
If you don't have pre- or post-sales engineers in your city, it's very difficult to make money...unless you've had your accounts for 5-10 years. Company is keeping to the fun/cheeky branding, which does not give customers a professional image, IMHO. Compensation is dismal, unless you've had your accounts for 5-10 years. Like usual VARs, it's heavily commission based. Unlike usual VARs, the base salary is below industry standard. There are other VARs who are better overall, and give a sales rep a better chance to make money.
