As a sales organization, growing the business with our clients is an expected part of contributing to our financial performance. The truth is though, at Softchoice, growth isn’t just about financial gain. While we definitely focus on sales productivity and plan attainment, we’re equally focused on personal growth too. That’s why we provide weekly training to sales as well as incentive trips to encourage top performance.
The fact is, growing as professionals and having fun while we do it is what motivates us to win in the marketplace.
And as it relates to compensation, we focus on a total rewards program which includes base salary, bonus, and benefits. While dependent on overall business and individual performance, merit increases are an important part of this mix. We also consistently assess market data, and making adjustments where necessary across our entire organization. In fact, we have adjusted the compensation for roles in all our sales channels whether they be field sales or inside sales to ensure we are competitive in the market.
