      Pros

      Fantastic training and induction. Great team of girls to work with. Fun company culture. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Extremely sales and target focused which no one was aware of when hired. Huge pressure on us to get EVERY client to sign up on the day. If they don't, then its the smile guides fault and you need more training. Targets extremely hard to achieve leaving you feel like your not good enough. You have to be ok working late nights and Saturdays. Very boring when theres not many appointments.

      Pros

      The pay was nice, and the schedule was really good. Monday through Friday was about as good as it could get, especially given the industry.

      Cons

      Pretty much everything else not listed in the Pros. Management was the reason this company went out of business. They lied to customers about almost everything they were providing, and scammed them out of money when the customers didn't want to continue treatment with the company because it wasn't doing the job it was supposed to do.
