You get left behind by managers. In my time with SDC, if you get a few "no's" your first time around, the chances of you getting to be in chair 1, 2, or 3 to see another customer and develop your skills further is not possible as you will be put on last chair and stuck greeting customers for days on end. Incredibly demotivating and no chance for you to apply the training and skills you've been taught in appointments with customers.
