Meaningful improvements towards deeper equity and inclusivity at all leadership levels do not happen overnight and we continue to take positive steps forward. Over the past two years we’ve increased representation of people of color and women within our leadership positions across the business and we continue to hold ourselves accountable as we focus on diversity in hiring and internal promotion. Creating a culture of belonging rooted in respect and opportunity for all is part of Smartsheet’s DNA, and we know that by hiring, promoting, and honoring diverse voices and experiences, we enable people to do and be their best.
I am proud of the opportunities we offer to create cross-functional awareness, engagement, and to build trust.
