Pros
-Amazing colleagues (not just in my department, but in others I work with closely) -Fantastic management who truly cares about my career development and always has my back -Leadership you can be inspired by (Mark Mader, Anna Griffin, Jenny Ceran, etc..) -Amazing work/life balance. I can count the number of times I've had to work late on my hands, and it's usually because I'm invested in a project -Flexibility to work on projects you actually want to work on -Attainable goals -Compensation/Benefits keep improving every year -Great product
Cons
It's really hard to think of any. I love my job, the product, and the people I work with and can't see myself leaving. If I were to name anything it would be that compensation is below market rate in Seattle.
