Cons
Senior management are incompetent. The company is resting on its existing clients from existing products that are now outdated. The CTO has spent the last 4/5 years building a new platform that is unfit for any purpose. This has been built by a team in Vienna that have very little experience and complete lack of skills. The CTO refuses to delegate architectural control, but has neither the ability nor the inclination to do it himself.A major project to deliver a new product on this platform has completely failed, and it is a mystery as to why heads did not roll. The rest of the senior management are preoccupied with political infighting, and this trickles down to the rest of the company. The major development centers all have to play against one another and rarely is any leadership taken, they are just left to fight it out. This company is going down slowly. Once it lose its current customers, it will lose and respect it has in the market.
