      Chill and relaxed work culture. Not much work at all.

      Cons

      lethargic peers no engineering culture No one is tech-savvy more focus on feature delivery and no attention paid to quality have to do bootlicking to grow up and be in good books There is nothing to learn and grow as such from the tech side

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
