We agree, it is important to focus on our current branches in the United States. Over the course of the past year this is exactly what we have done and the improvements have been significant. We are consistently finding ways to become more innovative in order to provide our employees and customers with the best Sixt experience. Of course, there is always room to improve. The adaptability and motivation our employees possess help us to achieve our success.
Our fleet teams on site as well as our mangers forecast demand for vehicles based off of reservations and season. Depending on the amount of walk-ins and no-shows the amount of cars will vary. We realize that this may be frustrating to the sales agent, however, there are alternatives that you can offer the customer. Your fleet team and managers will also communicate with you in regards to these changes.
