SimInsights deal with the cutting edge technology of the world. You will learn and use technologies that are very relevant to modern tech. The dev team is very knowledgeable and supportive, they are there to push you up, not pull you down. As a dev, it is hard to find another place that will enhance your skillset so well. There are many opportunities to learn and use different skills. Web dev (React), game dev (Unity), dev ops (AWS), and others. AI and ML as well. WLB is standard startup-culture, get your work done and it isnt an issue.
Cons
Pay was not always on time. However you will never need to worry about getting paid for the hours worked, they will be given to you. Pay can be delayed by a few weeks, but will NOT be missed.
