Cons
We often work in silos, duplicating work and not sharing which tools/reports/softwares are available to us as employees. There are no analysts. No localized data teams. Every team just forecasts and plans with their “gut” , causing potential problems in the long run. Work/life can be tough at times but this is being focused on and it is getting better
