Pros
Potential for a good paying job, good people at the bottom of the totem pole, great benefits, can be fun if you allow it to be. And if you consider it a "pro" you can learn Spanish on the job through immersion into the language/culture.
Cons
Everybody above a team leader has their heads up their bums. Management doesn't care about you once you work there, and the company does not really like to promote within, move around sure, but not promote. Evidence, I have an Associates Degree in IT and an Associates in Business Management, was passed up twice for IT/Office jobs so they could hire someone from outside the company that was friends with upper management. Also, keep track of your positions pay grade, supervisors like to keep people at lower pay grades so they can get a bigger bonus.
