Competitors in the same industry offer higher starting salaries than what employees here can earn even after several years. - Most workers are contractors with no benefits. This includes no PTO, health insurance, or retirement contributions. - No extra compensation during holidays or high-demand periods. Employees are expected to handle increased workload without incentives. - Management is inconsistent and lacks accountability. Decisions are frequently reversed, poorly planned, or last-minute. - Favoritism and nepotism affect decision-making. Personal relationships often outweigh merit. - AI is overused and poorly implemented.
