      My flexibility with Sherweb is topnotch, feels like i am working for the government or better. Life-work balance is soooo respected. Work from home is a rare gem to find these days and this is priceless for me in my situation. Great work environment. Lots of rewards as well. Summary: Flexibility, great team, work-life balance

      Cons

      I am satisfied with every this but the pay but still good considering all the paid holidays, vacation (advantages)
