You could be somebody who has 20 years of experience come here and easily get tagged as somebody identical to one year of experience. It's laughable but most of us just ignore it and do the job as that is what it is. I never met a robot that could judge an organic experience, this is the slipper slope of basing everything and anything with metrics (1s and 0s) your no different than a simple program that could easily be replaced by any level of code we have in existence today, remember this.
