      Develop people, relaxing friendly environment, HSSE focused, in average good benefits for staff, good mentoring and coaching programs, good corporate culture

      Too long to take decisions, too mild with low n underperformance staff, dual standards, differentiate between expatriate n local staff not to the benefit of the last
