Pros
A self-managing problem solver would have a blast working here. Every day is different and challenging. The people are fun and smart. It used to have a fun startup atmosphere when Scott Mercer was CEO. (We are now moving toward a corporate feel after Shell acquisition… however, I am reserving judgement until fully integrated)
